Yes! All of our therapists are professional, licensed, certified and insured.

What should I expect from my hour massage?

All massage sessions include 10 minutes for therapist consultation and for dressing/undressing. Actual massage therapy time is the industry standard 50 minutes. Arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to fill out our intake form and to ensure that you receive your full massage session. Please be mindful of our 24 hour cancelation policy.

Are walk-ins welcome?

Often we can accommodate walk-ins, however, we recommend making an appointment.

How early should I arrive for my appointment?

Arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment.

What is Zen's Cancellation Policy?

You must cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment or you could incur a $25.00 charge on your Credit Card.

Should I tip my massage therapist?
Typically therapists are given a tip. A $10-$20 gratuity per hour of massage is considered appropriate for this level of service.
